1. Product Specifications
We specialize in high-quality packaging solutions. Our product range includes:

Flyer Bags: Available with and without pockets in Black, Grey, Pink, and Transparent variants.

Zip Lock Bags: Available in Black and Transparent.

Stand-up Pouches: Featuring windows, available in Black, White, Brown, and Transparent.

Shrink Wrapping Rolls & BOPP Bags: High-grade industrial packaging.

Jewellery Zip Lock Bags: Specialized small-scale packaging.

2. Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the website are subject to stock availability and price verification. Madina Plastic reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment must be cleared before the dispatch of goods.

Tax charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the courier service and location.

Madina Plastic is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or custom clearances.

5. Returns and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of packaging materials:

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged or differs from the ordered specifications.

Claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

6. Custom Branding & Variations
For bulk or custom-printed orders (such as BOPP or Flyer bags):

Slight variations in color shades and dimensions (within industry-standard margins) may occur and will not be considered defects.

For BOPP bags, specifications like folding sticker tops will be followed as per the approved sample.

7. Limitation of Liability
Madina Plastic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the packaging material is suitable for their specific product.
