Madina Plastic — Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligible Returns Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product differs from the ordered specifications (wrong color, size, or type).
2. Claim Window — 48 Hours All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.
3. Return Condition Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging. Used or repackaged items will not be accepted.
4. Custom / Bulk Orders (BOPP & Flyer Bags) For bulk or custom-printed orders, minor variations in color shades or dimensions within industry-standard margins will not be considered defects. BOPP bags are produced as per the approved sample.
5. Non-Returnable Cases Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Claim raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- Product has already been used.
- Original packaging is missing.
- Wrong specifications were provided by the customer.
- Variation falls within industry-standard margins.
