1. Introduction At Madina Plastic, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across Pakistan.
2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Coverage We deliver across Pakistan through trusted third-party courier services. Delivery availability and timelines may vary depending on your location.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 working days
- Other Cities and Towns: 4 to 7 working days
- Remote Areas: Delivery timelines may vary and could take longer
Please note that these are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. Payment Before Dispatch Full payment must be cleared before any order is dispatched. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully received and verified.
7. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or booking ID from the courier service. You can use this to track your shipment directly through the courier's website or by contacting their helpline.
8. Delays and Disruptions Madina Plastic is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Third-party courier services
- Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
We will make every effort to keep you informed in case of any significant delays.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of placing the order. Madina Plastic will not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In the rare case of a lost shipment, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
11. Bulk and Custom Orders For large or custom orders such as BOPP bags or printed flyer bags, shipping timelines and charges may differ. You will be informed of the estimated dispatch date and shipping cost at the time of order confirmation.
